CFX Fitness runs clubs in Illinois and Indiana. Every club I checked is open 24/7, and most have a small group training studio. I went through their clubs, amenities, and prices so you know what you're getting.
CFX clubs cover the basics: cardio, free weights, and machines. Most of their clubs also have:
You'll find these at some clubs:
CFX doesn't offer pools, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, or childcare.
Nearly every CFX is open 24/7, so you can train at 5 AM or midnight.
The total amount of locations we're tracking from this fitness chain.
Room for activities! Average square footage of their gyms.
How much you can expect to pay for the entry-level membership every month
CFX gets the basics right and adds a few extras.
A small group training studio and HIIT classes at most clubs.
It's open 24/7 at nearly every club, so your workout fits your schedule, not the gym's.
Group fitness classes run at nearly every club, so you don't have to plan every workout yourself.
CFX does plenty right. A few gaps are worth knowing before you sign.
No pools, steam rooms, or hot tubs, so swimmers should look elsewhere.
No childcare, so parents need a plan for the kids.
No saunas, so recovery is up to you.
CFX bills every two weeks. Plans I found at most clubs in October 2026:
You can add a friend or family member for $8 every two weeks on Regular or All Access, or $12.50 on Performance. A free trial pass is available.
Cardio, strength machines and free weights!
Warm up in the hot heat before your workout.
Yep, you can workout anytime of day here!
The perfect spot for bodyweight and functional training workouts.
Unwind in the super heated water in their hot tubs.
Relax and soothe in the super heated steam.
Ace your muscle recovery or simply enjoy the massage.
Experience a healthy golden glow anytime of the year.
Improve blood circulation and relieve pain with deep penetrating light.
No service? No problem. Free Wi-Fi for music or streaming.
CFX fits members who want low dues and a solid gym floor, train at odd hours, and like group classes.
How much is a CFX membership?
Does CFX charge an annual fee?
Is CFX open 24 hours?
Does CFX have a pool?
Does CFX have childcare?
Does CFX have a sauna?
Yes, if you want low monthly dues and 24/7 access. Nearly every club has 24/7 access. Plans start at $9.50 every two weeks.
It fits you best if you want low dues and a solid gym floor, train at odd hours, and like group classes. If you swim, count on childcare, or want a sauna, CFX is a weaker pick, because no club has a pool, no club offers childcare, and no club has a sauna. Read your club's reviews and take a tour first.
My take: CFX is worth a tour if you want low monthly dues.
