CLUB4 Fitness runs clubs across several states. Most clubs are open 24/7 and have childcare, with a $10 Basic plan. I went through their clubs, amenities, and prices so you know what you're getting.
CLUB4 clubs cover the basics: cardio, free weights, and machines. Most of their clubs also have:
You'll find these at some clubs:
CLUB4 doesn't offer pools, steam rooms, hot tubs, basketball courts, or racquetball.
Most CLUB4 clubs are open 24/7, but not all of them. Hours vary by club, so check yours before you go.

CLUB4 gets the basics right and adds a few extras.
It works for parents. Most clubs have childcare, so you can train while the kids are looked after.
It's open 24/7 at most clubs, so your workout fits your schedule, not the gym's.
Group fitness classes run at most clubs, so you don't have to plan every workout yourself.
CLUB4 does plenty right. A few gaps are worth knowing before you sign.
No pools, steam rooms, or hot tubs, so swimmers should look elsewhere.
Amenities vary from club to club, so tour the one you'd use before you sign.
Pricing and fees can differ by club, so get your exact rate in writing.
CLUB4 posts the same three plans at the clubs I checked in October 2026 (12-month ACH pricing):
You can also buy a $15 day pass, a $49 one-week pass, or a $150 three-month student pass. Clubs were running a first month free offer.

CLUB4 fits members who want low dues and a solid gym floor, train at odd hours, want recovery built into their routine, and need childcare.

Yes, if you want low monthly dues, 24/7 access, and recovery perks like red light therapy. Most clubs have 24/7 access and childcare. Basic is $10 a month on a 12-month plan.
It fits you best if you want low dues and a solid gym floor, train at odd hours, and want recovery built into your routine. If you swim, CLUB4 is a weaker pick, because no club has a pool. Read your club's reviews and take a tour first.
My take: CLUB4 is worth a tour if you want low monthly dues.
