Fitness 1440 runs clubs across several states. Some clubs run Target24 heart rate training. I went through their clubs, amenities, and prices so you know what you're getting.
Fitness 1440 clubs cover the basics: cardio, free weights, and machines.
You'll find these at some clubs:
Fitness 1440 doesn't offer basketball courts, racquetball, tennis, or squash.
Fitness 1440's founder launched the brand in 2011 (Fitness 1440).
Most Fitness 1440 clubs are open 24/7, but not all of them. Hours vary by club, so check yours before you go.

Fitness 1440 gets the basics right and adds a few extras.
Target24 heart rate training at some clubs.
It's open 24/7 at most clubs, so your workout fits your schedule, not the gym's.
Personal training is available at nearly every club if you want a coach.
Fitness 1440 does plenty right. A few gaps are worth knowing before you sign.
Pools are rare. Only a handful of clubs have one, so check before you join if you swim.
Childcare is only at a few clubs. If you need it, confirm your club has it before you join.
Prices aren't posted for every club, so you may need to call or visit to get a quote.
Fitness 1440 clubs set their own prices. In October 2026, the lowest listed monthly rates I found ranged from $10 to $34 depending on the club. A few clubs bill every two weeks instead, starting at $20.99. Check your club's page for its plans and fees.

Fitness 1440 fits members who train at odd hours.

Does Fitness 1440 have a sauna?
Does Fitness 1440 have a cold plunge?
Yes, if you want 24/7 access. Most clubs have 24/7 access.
It fits you best if you train at odd hours. If you swim or count on childcare, Fitness 1440 is a weaker pick, because only a handful of clubs have a pool and only a few clubs offer childcare. Read your club's reviews and take a tour first.
My take: Fitness 1440 is worth a tour if you want 24/7 access.
