Fitness Formula Clubs runs clubs in Illinois. Every club has a registered dietitian, and most have a Recovery Lounge. I went through their clubs, amenities, and prices so you know what you're getting.
FFC clubs cover the basics: cardio, free weights, and machines. Most of their clubs also have:
You'll find these at some clubs:
FFC doesn't offer cold plunges, racquetball, tennis, squash, or tanning.
None of FFC's clubs are open 24/7. The most common schedule I found:

FFC gets the basics right and adds a few extras.
A registered dietitian at every club.
A Recovery Lounge at most clubs.
Courts. About half the clubs have a basketball or pickleball court.
FFC does plenty right. A few gaps are worth knowing before you sign.
Childcare is only at about a quarter of the clubs. If you need it, confirm your club has it before you join.
No club is open 24 hours, so late-night and very early lifters are out of luck on some days.
Saunas are rare. Only about a quarter of the clubs have one.
FFC memberships are month-to-month. In October 2026 I found:
A few clubs also list a Matinee membership at $125/month.

How much is an FFC membership?
Does FFC charge an annual fee?
Is FFC open 24 hours?
Does FFC have a pool?
Does FFC have childcare?
Does FFC have a sauna?
Does FFC have a basketball court?
Yes, if you want a pool and courts. Most clubs have a pool. Single Club Access starts around $149 a month.
It fits you best if you swim, play basketball or pickleball, and like group classes. If you count on childcare or train late at night, FFC is a weaker pick, because only about a quarter of the clubs offer childcare and no club is open 24 hours. Read your club's reviews and take a tour first.
My take: FFC is worth a tour if you want a pool.
