All three clubs offer personal training, group training, weight training, lockers, and group fitness. Mission Rock and Alameda also list cardio, towel service, and showers. Alameda alone lists a Finnish sauna, cycling evidence, and Olympic lifting equipment/classes on its page. Amenities are not identical across clubs, so check yours.

Yotam Israeli built LuxFit SF as a boutique hybrid of personal training, coach-led group fitness, and open gym. The brand grew from the outdoor Hayes Valley club to Mission Rock and, in October 2026, to Alameda at Star Harbor.
Hours vary by club. Hayes Valley runs weekdays 7:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am to 12:00pm. Mission Rock runs weekdays 6:00am to 9:00pm and weekends 8:00am to 6:00pm. Alameda runs weekdays 5:30am to 9:00pm and weekends 8:00am to 6:00pm. Check the club page before you go.
