Mark Wahlberg announced Municipal Gym in fall 2024 with a video outside the future Downtown Summerlin site, the former Bed Bath & Beyond at 2315 Summa Dr (Las Vegas Review-Journal). Landlord Howard Hughes Holdings confirmed this as the brand's first location. Clark County issued tenant-improvement permits over $2.4M plus about $600k for exterior work. As of October 2026 the club is still coming soon, with a published open window of early 2027 and a Founding Members one-day online sale set for Nov. 2, 2026. EōS Fitness is involved for ops support only; Municipal Gym is not an EōS club.
