Crunch Fitness Coming to Visalia with $5 Million Club and Presales Now Open

Crunch Fitness has announced plans for a new club in Visalia, California, at 3535 S Mooney Blvd. The gym will be operated by franchisee Fitness Ventures LLC and built to Crunch's current Crunch 3.0 design standard at a cost of $5 million. Presales are open now, with the club expected to open in late 2026. No specific date has been confirmed.
Crunch Fitness is one of the largest gym chains in the United States, known for its no-judgments philosophy and broad price range that starts at under $10 per month. The brand positions itself as accessible to all fitness levels, from first-time gym-goers to experienced athletes. Its Crunch 3.0 format reflects a newer generation of club design, with expanded recovery and functional training areas built into the footprint.

Fitness Ventures LLC was founded by Brian Hibbard in 2016 and has grown into one of the larger Crunch franchisee operations in the country. The company currently runs 123 Crunch locations across 30 states and expects to cross 130 locations before the end of this year. The Visalia club is part of that continued expansion push.

For Visalia residents, the new Crunch adds a competitively priced option with a recovery suite and specialty training spaces that are uncommon at this price point.
