EōS Fitness Signs Lease for New Alpharetta Gym, Its Fourth Atlanta-Area Location
The 38,418-square-foot gym at 965 North Point Drive will take over a former JOANN Fabric space in North Point Commons.
EōS Fitness has inked a lease for a 38,418-square-foot gym at 965 North Point Drive in Alpharetta, Georgia. The location sits inside North Point Commons and will replace the former JOANN Fabric and Crafts store. It marks the fourth EōS Fitness location planned for the greater Atlanta market, with gyms already in the pipeline for Austell, Roswell and Milton.
EōS Fitness is a high-value, low-cost gym chain with a footprint concentrated in the Sun Belt. The brand has built a strong presence across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and California. Each location offers strength training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes and coaching, keeping a full gym experience accessible without a premium price tag.

Once it opens, it will be the closest EōS Fitness to a significant stretch of the northern suburbs.
