EoS Fitness Partners With Hyrox to Bring Race Training to 25 U.S. Locations

EoS Fitness has announced a national partnership with Hyrox that will bring official race training environments to 25 gym locations across the U.S. The rollout begins this fall with two inaugural sites: one in Chandler, Arizona, and one in San Diego, California. Additional markets and launch events are expected to be announced in the coming months.

EoS Fitness operates in the high-value, low-price segment of the gym market, offering full-facility access at a competitive monthly rate. The chain has grown rapidly across Sun Belt and Western U.S. markets, with a focus on large-footprint gyms that include group fitness, free weights, and functional training areas. This Hyrox partnership represents one of the most significant programming investments the brand has made to date.

Select EoS gyms will feature dedicated Hyrox Training Club spaces equipped with Centr equipment — the official equipment provider of Hyrox — including sleds, wall balls, SkiErgs, and rowers designed to replicate race conditions. Members on EoS' top-tier Will Power membership will gain access to instructor-led Hyrox classes, structured training plans inside the EoS mobile app, and early access to U.S. race registrations. EoS also plans to host Hyrox simulation events, letting members test their preparation without committing to an official race.

Both markets have strong existing EoS footprints and active fitness communities that align with Hyrox's core demographic. The San Diego location carries additional weight: EoS will serve as title sponsor of the 2027 Hyrox San Diego race, and its San Diego Sports Arena gym will function as an official Hyrox Training Club — a dedicated preparation hub for competitors heading into that event. Chandler, situated in the Phoenix metro, taps into one of the fastest-growing fitness markets in the country.

EoS Fitness operates on a tiered membership model, and the full Hyrox experience — including instructor-led classes and app-based training plans — is tied to the Will Power top-tier membership. Entry-level members at participating locations will still have access to the Hyrox-equipped training zones and functional gear. Specific pricing details were not disclosed in the announcement, but EoS positions its membership rates well below the industry average for this level of programming.

The EoS deal is part of Hyrox's wider strategy to embed its training format inside gyms year-round, rather than existing only as a race-weekend brand. Hyrox has already partnered with Orangetheory Fitness, F45 Training, World Gym, and Peloton, and struck a deal with gym management platform Wodify to push official programming to independent gyms. The brand counted more than 15,000 affiliated gyms worldwide as of April, and this EoS agreement significantly expands its U.S. presence in the HVLP segment specifically.

EoS Fitness CMO Shilpi Sullivan said the brand commits fully when it enters a partnership, framing the Hyrox deal as consistent with EoS's broader identity around strength and endurance. Hyrox Chief Growth Officer Douglas Gremmen said the collaboration makes Hyrox race training more accessible to hundreds of thousands of gym-goers and meaningfully expands the brand's U.S. footprint. Both executives described the deal as a long-term strategic alignment rather than a short-term promotional move.

For anyone in Chandler or San Diego who has been curious about Hyrox but hasn't wanted to pay boutique studio prices for race prep, this partnership closes a real gap. Hyrox training has historically been concentrated in specialized functional fitness gyms or CrossFit boxes — getting it inside an HVLP facility makes it significantly more accessible. Members who compete or plan to compete now have a structured, equipment-complete environment to train in, without switching gyms or paying a premium.
