Crunch Fitness Opens 30,000-Square-Foot Location in Algonquin, Illinois with Reformer Pilates and Infrared Heat Studio

Crunch Fitness has announced the upcoming opening of Crunch Algonquin at 1561 S. Randall Road in Algonquin, Illinois. The club is scheduled to open in Winter 2026, with pre-sales launching Summer 2026. The facility represents a $5 million investment and will span 30,000 square feet, operated by Crunch franchisee Fit Fusion, LLC.

Crunch Algonquin will debut the Crunch 3.0 gym design, which combines updated aesthetics with expanded functionality across the full 30,000-square-foot floor plan. A dedicated Crunch Reform Pilates™ studio is included with all Peak Results memberships, offering instructor-led reformer classes that integrate strength, cardio, and recovery. The club will also house an Infrared Hot Stuff® Studio heated to 90–100°F, featuring Hot HIIT, Hot Athlete, Hot Yoga Flow, and Hot Mobility sessions.
