When it comes to common gym amenities, UFC FIT checks most of the boxes. They offer a variety of cardio equipment plus a dedicated turf area for functional training, which is fantastic for workouts that incorporate box jumps and sleds. If you prefer weight training, you’ll find dumbbells as well as a heavy weight Olympic platform for squats and deadlifts. Personal training options are also available if you're looking for some extra guidance. We love that there's Wi-Fi for those who like to stay connected while they sweat!

Aqua Services Explained
Now, let’s talk water and wet amenities. Unfortunately, UFC FIT does not have a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub. However, you can freshen up afterward with their shower facilities, and they provide locker rooms for your convenience. While it's a miss on the relaxation front, at least you’ll be able to clean up after a sweaty session.

Group Fitness Activities
Shared fitness activities might not be the main draw at UFC FIT, but they do have a few standout options. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is available for those looking to dive into a more combat-focused workout. Not to mention, the gym has group training and offers various group fitness classes like yoga, cycling, Zumba, and more! This variety keeps things fresh and engaging, making it a great option for those who prefer a community-oriented workout vibe.

Services and Features
As for recovery and wellness amenities, UFC FIT offers massage chairs and cryotherapy, which is pretty cool. They don’t provide towel service or have a smoothie bar for your post-workout refuel, but you’ll find a retail area for purchasing gym essentials. There’s no dedicated women-only area either, but the environment is welcoming for all.
