When it comes to recovery, UFC GYM has you covered with a sauna to relax after your workout, although they don’t have a steam room, pool, or hot tub. Showers and locker rooms are available, providing you with the essentials to freshen up post-sweat sesh. While I wish they had a few more water amenities, the sauna does offer a great way to unwind after an intense workout!

The gym does have a retail area for purchasing workout essentials, though they don’t offer towel service or massage chairs. Although there's no dedicated women-only workout area, everyone is welcome to maximize their workout experience and feel comfortable doing so.
