Weight training is well-catered for, featuring dumbbells and a heavy weight Olympic platform for your squats and deadlifts. We love that they offer Personal Training for personalized fitness guidance. Plus, there’s a turf area for those looking to mix in some functional training, like box jumps and sled pushes. Just a heads up, though: no childcare services here, so plan accordingly if you need to bring the little ones along!
