On the recovery and wellness front, UFC GYM provides a sauna, which is great for some post-workout relaxation. Although they don't have a steam room, pool, or hot tub, you can freshen up after your sessions with their showers and locker rooms. Staying hydrated or replenishing your electrolytes post-workout is easy with a smoothie and shake bar on site. For unique wellness options, they even offer massage chairs, and if you're into cutting-edge treatments, you'll appreciate their cryotherapy services.

Group Fitness Activities
In terms of group activities, this gym thrives with a variety of fitness classes. You can join group training sessions or dive into yoga, cycle, Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT, and MMA classes. However, for those looking to play racquetball, basketball, or tennis, you might need to look elsewhere, as these amenities aren’t available here. What I truly like about this gym is the retail area, which makes it easy to grab some workout gear or accessories while you're there. However, there's no dedicated women-only workout area, which can be something to consider depending on your comfort levels. Unfortunately, towel service and tanning are also not offered, but the gym makes up for these gaps with its solid range of fitness options and unique recovery amenities.
