For those post-workout needs, you’ll appreciate the sauna available at UFC GYM—a great way to unwind after an intense workout. They also provide locker rooms and showers, so you can clean up before heading out. On the downside, there isn’t a steam room, pool, or hot tub to relax in, but the sauna definitely makes up for it in terms of recovery.
