This gym has got all the essentials for a great workout experience. For cardio lovers, they’ve got plenty of cardio equipment and a dedicated cycling area too. If you're into strength training, they offer weight training with dumbbells and even have a heavy weight Olympic platform for those squats and deadlifts. We love that there's also a turf area for functional training activities like box jumps and sled pushes. And for those who want a little extra guidance, personal training is available as well! Oh, and let’s not forget, there's free Wi-Fi throughout the facility for when you need to check your favorite workout playlist or catch up on social media.

Aqua Services Explained
While this gym has a robust workout setup, you won't find any hot tubs, saunas, or pools here. They do have locker rooms and showers available, though, which is always a plus after a sweaty session. The lack of water amenities might be a downside for some, but it keeps the focus on getting fit and strong without the distractions.

Group Fitness Activities
Shared fitness activities are also available to shake things up a bit. There's no racquetball or basketball courts here, but group training sessions are offered. You can join in on classes like Yoga, Kickboxing, Pilates, or even HIIT sessions, which make for an exciting way to meet your fitness goals. We've heard great things about the MMA classes too—very cool!

Services and Features
When it comes to recovery and wellness services, UFC GYM is pretty straightforward. They don’t offer towel service, massage chairs, or any smoothies, but they do have a retail area where you can grab gym essentials. That’s definitely nice to have if you’re low on workout gear. Just remember, there's no dedicated women-only workout area here, so everyone’s together in the main gym space.
