We like that there’s a turf area for functional training like box jumps and sled work, making it easy to switch up your routine. And for those who need to stay connected, they offer Wi-Fi throughout the gym.

Aqua Services Explained
As for the water-related amenities, this gym has got you covered with a sauna that can help you unwind after a tough workout. While there’s no pool or hot tub, you won't be left hanging in terms of freshening up; there are showers and locker rooms available for everyone. It's nice to have a spot to cool down and clean up after working up a sweat!

Group Fitness Activities
For shared fitness activities, UFC GYM features Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, which is pretty cool if you're into martial arts. They also host various group training sessions and fitness classes, including Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, HIIT, Strength, and various MMA classes. However, if you're looking for team sports like basketball, racquetball, or pickleball, you should know they don't offer those at this location.

They provide massage chairs for those post-workout relaxation moments and have a smoothie/shake bar for a quick snack after your sweat session. Awesome! Plus, if you’re curious about cutting-edge recovery options, they offer cryotherapy. The gym also has a retail area, perfect for grabbing your fitness essentials. However, towel service and tanning options are not available, so keep that in mind!
