Aqua Services Explained
When it comes to water and wet amenities, this gym keeps it straightforward. Unfortunately, you won't find a sauna, steam room, or hot tub here, nor is there a pool to take a dip in post-workout. On the bright side, they do have showers and locker rooms so you can freshen up and store your belongings safely. Very cool!

Group Fitness Activities
Looking for shared fitness activities? Unfortunately, you won’t find any racquetball courts, basketball, or any racket sports at this location. But they certainly make up for it with a variety of group fitness classes, including Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, HIIT, and even Strength and MMA classes. If group energy is your thing, you’ll definitely find a class that suits you here.

Services and Features
In terms of recovery, wellness, and extra comforts, UFC GYM keeps things pretty basic. There’s no towel service, massage chairs, or smoothie bar to enjoy after your workout. They do have a retail area where you can grab workout essentials or gear, though, which is a nice perk. And for those looking for a dedicated women-only workout area, that feature is currently not available.
