Aqua Services Explained
When it comes to water-related amenities, this gym has a sauna where you can unwind post-workout. They don't have a steam room or a pool, but they do provide showers and locker rooms for your convenience. After a good sweat session, spending some time in the sauna is a great way to relax and loosen those muscles. Very cool!

Group Fitness Activities
If you’re into shared fitness activities, UFC GYM Hilo has something for you! I love that they offer a mix of classes like yoga, Zumba, and kickboxing, along with more intense options like HIIT and MMA. After working up a sweat, you might want to grab a quick post-workout snack, and guess what? They have a smoothie and shake bar to refuel you! While they don’t offer towel service or massage chairs, they do have a retail area where you can grab some fitness essentials. It’s always handy when you can pick up gear right at the gym.
