We appreciate that UFC GYM is well-equipped with a variety of common gym amenities. You can find cycling classes, cardio equipment, weight training with dumbbells, and even personal training sessions to get you on the right track. The gym also has a turf area for functional training, along with a heavy weight Olympic platform for your squats and deadlifts. The Wi-Fi is a nice touch, making it easier to stay connected, but keep in mind that there is no cinema for cardio enthusiasts looking to watch a flick while they workout.

Aqua Services Explained
When it comes to water and wet-related amenities, UFC GYM has got you covered with a sauna where you can unwind after a workout. However, there’s no steam room, pool, or hot tub available. On the bright side, you can freshen up afterward in the locker rooms and showers, ensuring you leave the gym feeling clean and refreshed.

Group Fitness Activities
If you're into sharing your fitness journey, UFC GYM has diverse options for group activities. While there’s no racquetball, basketball, or other shared courts, you can dive into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or join one of the many group fitness classes on offer—think yoga, HIIT, kickboxing, and even Zumba. With something for everyone, it makes it easy to challenge yourself while having a blast with others.

Services and Features
After an energizing workout, you can swing by their smoothie/shake bar for a tasty post-workout treat. They don’t have towel service or a retail area for tanning and massages, but there’s retail space to pick up your fitness essentials. And while there isn’t a dedicated women-only area, the gym is welcoming for all fitness levels and backgrounds.
