In terms of water-based amenities, UFC GYM offers a sauna, a great way to unwind and relax post-workout. However, keep in mind that they don’t have a steam room, pool, or hot tub. On the bright side, you can enjoy clean showers and locker rooms for your convenience right after your session. Having access to these facilities makes your gym experience that much more enjoyable, allowing you to freshen up before heading out.

While this gym lacks shared fitness activities like racquetball, basketball, or tennis, they have a robust range of group training that’s sure to keep things exciting. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, there’s something here for everyone to get into. Very cool that they create a community vibe through group workouts!

When it comes to recovery and wellness features, UFC GYM is straightforward. They don't offer towel service, tanning, or massage chairs, but they do have a retail area for all your workout needs. Keep in mind, though, they don’t have specialized areas for women or additional wellness services like cryotherapy or red light therapy. It’s really about the essentials here, with the focus on getting in, getting fit, and getting on with your day.
