For those who appreciate the refreshing aspect of a post-workout shower, you’ll find that UFC GYM has shower facilities along with locker rooms for your convenience. Unfortunately, if you’re looking for sauna or steam room options to unwind after your exercise routine, you won’t find them here. Sadly, there’s no pool or hot tub either, but the showers can help you freshen up after a challenging session.

When it comes to recovery and wellness, the amenities are a bit limited, but they do have a smoothie/shake bar where you can grab a nutritious post-workout snack. While there's no towel service or tanning options, they do have a retail area where you can conveniently purchase fitness gear. Although there isn't a dedicated women-only workout area, there's plenty of equipment in a welcoming environment for everyone.
