They provide a range of cardio equipment to get your heart pumping, and yes, weight training with dumbbells is also available. Personal training sessions can elevate your workout experience, and there’s even a turf area available for functional training exercises like box jumps and sled pushes. However, if you’re looking for a cinema-style cardio area or TRX training, those aren't available here.

While you won't find a sauna, steam room, or pool at this location, the UFC GYM does have showers and locker rooms for your convenience.
