Plus, if you're looking for guidance, they provide personal training options too. For those of us who enjoy functional workouts, this gym features a turf area for exercises like box jumps and sled pushes. However, it’s noteworthy that they don’t have Wi-Fi or more specialized equipment like Olympic platforms or TRX training.

Aqua Services Explained
If you’re into wet amenities like saunas or pools, you might be a bit disappointed, as UFC GYM does not feature these options. They also lack things like steam rooms, hot tubs, or cold plunges. The good news is that they do have showers and locker rooms, making it easier to freshen up post-workout. We appreciate having those essentials in place!

Group Fitness Activities
As for shared fitness activities, UFC GYM includes a variety of group fitness classes that’ll keep things engaging. You can join classes like Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, HIIT, Strength, and even MMA classes! Plus, they host youth classes, which offers a great way to get the younger crowd involved in fitness. However, if you're looking for racquetball, basketball, or tennis, you'll need to look elsewhere because they don’t have those facilities.

Services and Features
In terms of recovery and wellness, the gym doesn't offer towel service, tanning, or massage chairs, which might disappoint some. There’s no smoothie or shake bar for your post-workout cravings either, but they do have a retail area where you can snag fitness gear and essentials. Notably, there is no dedicated women-only workout area, so do keep that in mind during your visit.
