When it comes to common gym amenities, UFC GYM has you covered. You’ll find a good selection of cardio equipment and cycling options for your workout needs. There’s weight training available with dumbbells, and personal training sessions can help you get the most out of your fitness journey. However, make a note that there’s no childcare provided, nor do they have turf areas for functional training. Unfortunately, amenities like TRX training and a cinema area for cardio aren’t on the list either, but they do cover the basics pretty well.

Aqua Services Explained
Water and wet amenities are pretty much a no-go here. UFC GYM doesn’t offer a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub, but they do have showers and locker rooms for your convenience after a sweat session. It’s great to have these basics, especially after an intense workout; just remember to bring your own towel since towel service isn’t available.

Group Fitness Activities
If you’re looking for shared fitness activities, keep looking! This gym doesn't have many options like racquetball, basketball, or tennis courts. On the upside, they do offer group training and fitness classes, with a variety of options such as yoga, cycle, Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT, and even MMA classes. We love the diversity of group fitness classes available here, it really caters to a range of interests!

Services and Features
When it comes to recovery and extra amenities, UFC GYM doesn't quite have the bells and whistles. Towel service, tanning, massage chairs, smoothie bars, and various wellness treatments like red light therapy and cryotherapy aren’t available. However, if you’re in need of equipment and fitness gear, there is a retail area where you can purchase items. They don't have a dedicated women-only area either, but the space is welcoming to everyone.
