Aqua Services Explained
Water and wet-related facilities enhance members' recovery and relaxation experiences. The club features an indoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, as well as a sauna for a soothing post-workout unwind. Showers and locker rooms are available for convenience, while members can also enjoy the luxuries of a hot tub to soothe worn muscles after an intense session.

Group Fitness Activities
For those who thrive in shared fitness environments, this gym offers a variety of fitness activities. Group training and fitness classes are part of the offering, including popular options like Cycle, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Cardio, and SilverSneakers. However, team sports like racquetball, basketball, and tennis aren’t available at this location.
You can play basketball in freezing cold winter—thanks to LA Fitness' indoor courts.
Services and Features
In terms of additional amenities, LA Fitness provides towel service for those heading straight from a workout to their next appointment. While there isn't a smoothie bar or tanning services, members can shop within a retail area for fitness apparel and accessories. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated women-only workout area, but the space is designed to be inclusive for all gym-goers.
