Crunch Fitness Opens 16th Atlanta-Area Location in Newnan, GA
A $5 million, 38,000-square-foot club lands in Newnan with a soft open on October 15th and a grand opening party on October 17th.
Crunch Fitness is opening a new location at 1098 Bullsboro Dr, Suite 15, in Newnan, Georgia. The club soft opens Thursday, October 15th at 5:00 AM, with a community sneak peek and ribbon cutting set for October 13th. A grand opening celebration follows on Saturday, October 17th, from 10 AM to 1 PM, featuring group fitness demos, personal training specials, local vendors, and prizes.
Crunch Fitness is one of the largest gym chains in the United States, known for affordable memberships, high-energy group fitness classes, and a no-judgment approach to training. The brand's newer 3.0 club design brings a broader equipment selection and expanded recovery amenities compared to earlier generations of the club. CR Fitness Holdings, the parent franchise group behind this location, currently serves over one million members across its network.

Newnan sits roughly 35 miles southwest of Atlanta and has seen consistent residential growth over the past decade as the metro area expands. Despite that growth, the city has had limited access to large-format fitness clubs. Crunch Newnan becomes the 16th location in the Atlanta metropolitan area for the franchise group, filling a gap in the southwest corridor of the market.

The Newnan opening represents a $5 million investment by Blue Ridge Fitness Holdings. The club is expected to create more than 70 local jobs spanning personal training, group fitness instruction, sales, operations, member services, and club leadership roles.
