Available Amenities
When it comes to essential gym amenities, this location has you covered. The gym features cycling options and plenty of cardio equipment to get your heart pumping. For those looking to build strength, there’s weight training available with dumbbells, and you can even benefit from personal training sessions. Plus, having Wi-Fi means you can easily stay connected while you work out, although a turf area for functional training or a cinema for cardio sessions is missing. We like that TRX training is included as well, offering a great way to diversify your routine.

Aqua Services Explained
While relaxing post-workout isn’t a big focus here since there’s no sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub, you’ll still find showers and locker rooms to freshen up after your session. This is pretty basic but essential if you're on the go. It’s great to know there are facilities to help you feel comfortable before and after you hit the gym.

Group Fitness Activities
As for shared fitness activities, this Planet Fitness unfortunately lacks racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, or squash courts. However, if you’re interested in working out with others, they do offer Group Training, which is a nice option. While group fitness classes aren’t part of the offerings here, you can still find camaraderie within your workout through these group training sessions. Very cool!

Services and Features
For those thinking about recovery and wellness, they provide some interesting extras. If you’re into tanning, you’ll be glad to know it’s available, along with massage chairs for some post-workout relaxation. Red light therapy is also an option, which many find beneficial for recovery. While conveniences like towel service and a smoothie bar are missing, there’s a retail area where you can pick up fitness essentials. However, a dedicated women-only workout space isn’t included here.
