While they don’t have a turf area for functional training or a cinema area for cardio, you can still find everything necessary to make your workouts effective. Plus, the gym provides Wi-Fi, so you can easily stream music or videos while you lift.

Aqua Services Explained
In terms of water-related amenities, this spot keeps it simple with showers and locker rooms, but lacks a sauna, steam room, or pool. While we wouldn’t call it a spa, the shower facilities are convenient after a workout. If you’re looking for a post-sweat refreshment, there are no hot tubs here, but you can clean up and head out feeling great.

If you’re into shared fitness activities, you might notice a few sports are missing, such as racquetball or basketball. However, they do offer Group Training sessions that can add a fun, social aspect to your workouts. Though there aren’t group fitness classes available, the training sessions are designed to get you moving and motivated.

We love their wellness offerings, which include tanning and red light therapy. It’s nice to see that they have massage chairs for some ultimate relaxation after your routine. Although the gym doesn’t provide towel service or a smoothie bar, you can swing by the retail area to grab workout essentials. Unfortunately, there isn’t a dedicated women-only workout area, but the inclusive environment makes up for that.
