For relaxation and recovery, Chuze Fitness features both a sauna and a steam room, allowing members to unwind post-workout. Though there is no pool or hot tub, the gym does offer showers and locker rooms to ensure a convenient experience before and after workouts. This combination allows for a refreshing cooldown right after intense training sessions.
