At this location, you'll find a solid range of common gym amenities. They offer cycling and plenty of cardio equipment, which is fantastic for getting your heart pumping. For those looking to lift, there’s a weight training area equipped with dumbbells. However, keep in mind that there are no turf areas for functional training or any special equipment like TRX systems or Olympic platforms. Still, the options for personal training are definitely there, and it’s nice to have Wi-Fi available to stay connected while you sweat it out.

Aqua Services Explained

When it comes to water amenities, this gym keeps it pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, there’s no sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub to unwind in. But if a quick rinse after your workout is what you need, you’ll appreciate the showers and locker rooms they have on-site.

Group Fitness Activities

For those looking to engage in shared fitness activities, it's a bit of a bummer since this club doesn’t offer racquetball, basketball, tennis, or even pickleball. On the bright side, they do provide group training sessions, giving you a chance to connect and work out with others. However, if you were hoping for group fitness classes, I guess we’ll have to look elsewhere for those.

Services and Features

Recovery and wellness are also a focus here. While towel service isn’t provided, they do offer tanning and red light therapy, which is pretty cool. Plus, you can kick back in massage chairs to help ease sore muscles after a tough workout. You can also find a retail area to purchase items you might need, though they don’t have a smoothie bar to grab a post-workout snack.
