For those looking for some guidance, personal training services are available. The gym also features a turf area ideal for functional training, along with a cinema area to make cardio sessions more entertaining. However, it's worth noting that there isn’t an Olympic platform for heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts.

Aqua Services Explained
Chuze Fitness ensures comfort and convenience with essential wet amenities such as a sauna and steam room, perfect for post-workout relaxation. For those who need to freshen up after their workout, there are showers and well-maintained locker rooms available. However, a pool or hot tub is not part of this gym’s offerings.

Group Fitness Activities
Shared fitness activities include a variety of group fitness classes like Les Mills Body Combat, Cycling, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Zumba. Group training sessions are also available, providing a great way for members to work out together. However, specialty courts for racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, or squash are not part of the facility.
