At UFC GYM, they have an extensive selection of common gym amenities. Got some energy to burn? You can hop on their cardio equipment or join in on a cycling class. Weight training enthusiasts will appreciate the dumbbells available, as well as the turf area perfect for box jumps, sleds, and functional training. Personal training is also on offer, so if you need a bit of guidance, they've got you covered. Though there’s no Wi-Fi here, you're probably too busy working out to worry about that!

However, if you're dreaming of a sauna or a hot tub for that post-workout relaxation, you may need to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, UFC GYM doesn’t have these wet amenities, nor do they offer a pool or steam room. On the bright side, there are showers and locker rooms available, ensuring you can freshen up after your sweat session.

Group Fitness Activities
When it comes to shared fitness activities, this gym keeps it simple but effective. There are no racquetball courts or basketball hoops in sight, but they do offer a variety of group training and fitness classes. You can choose from yoga, cycle, Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT, strength training, and even MMA classes. There's something for everyone, whether you're looking to build strength or get your heart rate up.

Services and Features
If you’re thinking about recovery and wellness, you may find UFC GYM a bit minimalist. There’s no towel service, tanning, or massage chairs here. They also don't provide a smoothie or shake bar, which might be a bummer after a tough workout. However, they do have a retail area where you can pick up some workout gear or essentials, so it's not all taken away!
