While there's no childcare service available, we appreciate that personal training sessions are offered. There's also a turf area perfect for functional training—ideal for box jumps and stretching. And, of course, Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected while you train.

While it's missing some traditional water features, like a pool or sauna, the gym does offer showers and locker rooms. It's convenient for a quick rinse after a sweaty workout. But if you’re looking to unwind in a steam room or hot tub, you'll have to look elsewhere.

For those who love shared activities, you won’t find racquetball or a basketball court here. However, the gym does have group training, which is great for those who enjoy working out with others. You won’t find a packed class schedule with group fitness classes, but that's all right—group training still gives you that sense of community.

As for wellness perks, this gym offers tanning options and has massage chairs for some post-workout relaxation. No smoothie bars or cold plunge facilities here, but there’s a retail area if you're in need of gear or accessories. We like the no-fuss approach to amenities, too.
