If you're counting on a relaxing moment before or after your workout, you'll want to manage your expectations a bit. Unfortunately, UFC GYM does not have a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub. However, don't fret, as they do have showers and locker rooms to make your gym routine more comfortable. What more could you need after an intense workout?

Group Fitness Activities
For those who enjoy a bit of competition, this gym boasts a basketball court to shoot some hoops or partake in fun games. While you won’t find racquetball, tennis, or pickleball here, there are plenty of youth classes and group training options available to keep things exciting. On the recovery and wellness side, UFC GYM has some basics but falls short in some areas such as towel service or massage chairs. There’s no smoothie or shake bar, which is a bit of a bummer post-workout, but they do have a retail area where you can grab workout gear or accessories if needed. While there’s no dedicated women-only workout area, the space is designed to cater to all fitness levels.
