You can also enjoy weight training with dumbbells, and if you're looking for a little guidance, personal training services are available. And, of course, we appreciate the Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you work out. However, it's worth noting that there isn't a turf area for functional training or any heavy Olympic platforms here.

Aqua Services Explained

As for water and wet amenities, this club keeps it simple. While there’s no sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub, you’ll find clean showers and locker rooms to freshen up after your workout. It's a good setup, even if the aquatic options are limited.

Group Fitness Activities

Moving on to shared fitness activities, Planet Fitness has a solid selection for those who enjoy group dynamics. They offer group training sessions, which can be a lot of fun and a great way to stay motivated. However, if you're into racquetball, basketball, or types of court games, you may want to look elsewhere since those aren’t available here.

In terms of recovery and wellness, this gym offers some nice extras without going overboard. You can enjoy tanning services and the soothing comfort of massage chairs after a workout. They also provide red light therapy, which I find super cool and beneficial.
