Available Amenities
Inside, you can find a nice variety of equipment to suit your fitness needs. The gym features both cycling options and plenty of cardio equipment, so you can get that heart rate up. Plus, there’s ample weight training options available with dumbbells, and TRX training is on offer too. If you're seeking personal training, they have that as well. However, we noticed they don’t have a turf area for functional training or advanced heavy weight platforms for squats or deadlifts—just a heads up for those looking for more specialized equipment.

Aqua Services Explained
For those who want to freshen up post-workout, the club provides clean locker rooms and showers. However, if you're hoping for a sauna, steam room, or any kind of pool to cool off in, you'll have to look elsewhere, as this location doesn't offer those amenities.

Group Fitness Activities
When it comes to shared fitness activities, they may not have racquetball, basketball, or tennis courts, but don’t let that deter you. They do have Group Training options, allowing you to reap the benefits of working out with others, even though they don't host group fitness classes. Very cool indeed!

Services and Features
In terms of wellness and recovery, the gym does have some nice touches. You’ll appreciate the massage chairs after a hard workout, and they also have a tanning area if you want to get that sun-kissed glow. There’s a retail area where you can purchase workout gear, but remember, no smoothie bar or towel service is available here.
