There’s plenty of cardio equipment for those who like to get their heart rate up, and weight training options featuring dumbbells are available as well. If you're looking for personal training support, they have that too. Plus, it's nice that Wi-Fi is accessible here, allowing you to stream workouts or catch up on your favorite shows while you’re at it. However, if you're into turf areas for functional training or heavy Olympic platforms, you might find those lacking.

Water-related amenities at this gym, unfortunately, don’t include saunas, steam rooms, or any pools—no hot tubs either. However, there are showers and locker rooms, so you can freshen up post-workout. We like that showers are available for those who work out before heading to work or running errands!

In terms of shared fitness activities, while this location doesn’t have racquetball, basketball, or other similar courts, it does offer group training sessions. This is a great way to engage with others and keep motivated during your workouts! However, if you’re looking for a variety of group fitness classes, those aren't offered here.

You might be disappointed to find there’s no smoothie bar or retail area offering the latest fitness gear—but we love that there's a space dedicated for purchasing essentials!
