We totally appreciate that there's a turf area for functional training, perfect for those box jumps or sled pushes. You can also hire a personal trainer to get personalized guidance. Plus, there's Wi-Fi throughout the facility, keeping you connected while you work out.

Aqua Services Explained
Water-related amenities are also present at UFC FIT. They feature a sauna and a steam room, which I can bet will come in handy for unwinding after a tough workout. The gym also has a pool, so swimming laps or cooling off is an option for those hotter days. Don’t worry about showers after doing your thing; they’ve got those too, along with locker rooms for stashing your gear. However, if you’re into hot tubs, you might want to look elsewhere as they don’t have that amenity.

For shared fitness activities, UFC FIT has a diverse offering when it comes to group engagement. While they don't have basketball, racquetball, or other traditional court sports, you can dive into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or join one of the many group training sessions. They also offer a range of group fitness classes such as Yoga, Cycle, Zumba, and Kickboxing, which is fantastic for anyone looking to keep things exciting.

Wrapping up the wellness aspects, UFC FIT provides some unique recovery options. They’ve got massage chairs for relaxation, which is a nice touch after an intense workout. If you’re curious about cryotherapy, you’re in luck; it's offered here. Just keep in mind there’s no towel service or smoothie bar, which could be a bummer for some. But there is a retail area for picking up gear, which is pretty handy for those spontaneous shopping moments.
