Although there's no steam room or pool, showers and locker rooms are available for your convenience. So, whether you're wrapping up a sweaty gym session or gearing up for your next workout, you have the facilities you need right on-site.

For shared fitness activities, while Crunch Fitness doesn’t have racquetball or basketball courts, they offer a variety of group fitness classes. In terms of recovery and wellness, Crunch offers some great amenities. Although they don’t provide towel service or a smoothie bar, you can enjoy tanning and red light therapy. And if you’re in need of a quick moment to unwind, the massage chairs can do the trick. They also have a retail area where you can grab any workout essentials you might need.
