As for water and wet-related amenities, this location is a bit more straightforward. While it doesn’t feature luxuries like a sauna, steam room, or pool, it does have showers and locker rooms for your convenience. A good rinse post-workout is essential, and it’s great to see that's available! Just remember to pack your towel since towel service isn't offered.

For recovery and wellness, UFC GYM is pretty basic, which is not uncommon for a gym like this. Unfortunately, amenities like massage chairs, smoothie bars, or even red light therapy don’t make the cut here. However, there is a retail area where you can purchase workout gear or healthy snacks, and that’s a nice touch. They don’t have a dedicated women-only area, but the overall vibe feels inclusive for everyone.
