If you're into weight training, they've got dumbbells for all levels, and personal training services are available if you want a little extra guidance. We appreciate that they also provide a turf area for functional training, like box jumps and sled work. While there may not be the Cinema area for entertainment during cardio, the overall setup is straightforward and effective.

In terms of water and wet-related amenities, the options are a bit limited; there’s no sauna, steam room, or pool. However, this gym does have showers and locker rooms, so you can freshen up after your workout. It’s nice to know there are practical facilities available for before and after your training sessions.

Group Fitness Activities
As for shared fitness activities, there isn't much to engage in other than group training, which is an excellent way to stay motivated and connect with others. However, there are currently no racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, or squash courts available. That said, if group workouts suit you, you'll have a chance to challenge yourself while being part of a community.

When it comes to recovery and wellness, the amenities leave a bit more to be desired. There’s no towel service or smoothie bar, but they do offer tanning—perfect for those looking to maintain a healthy glow. Unfortunately, they don’t provide additional services like cryotherapy or red light therapy, and there aren’t massage chairs or a retail area on-site either.
