Aqua Services Explained
For those looking for wet amenities, Crunch Fitness offers showers and locker rooms, ensuring a fresh start post-workout. Unfortunately, the club does not have a sauna, steam room, pool, or hot tub. This makes the gym primarily a workout-focused environment rather than a wellness retreat.

Group Fitness Activities
Shared fitness activities are available, including various group fitness classes like Yoga, Zumba, Abs, Stretch, Cycle, Bootcamp, and Barre. While there are no racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, or squash options, the group training sessions deliver a community feel for those looking to work out with others.

Services and Features
Members can also enjoy some recovery options after their workouts, such as tanning and massage chairs. Although there's no towel service or smoothie/shake bar, the gym does feature a retail area for purchasing fitness items. There is no dedicated women-only workout area, offering an inclusive space for individuals of all fitness levels.
