While the gym may not have water-centric amenities like a sauna, steam room, or pool, it does feature clean showers and locker rooms, ensuring you can freshen up after your workouts. We appreciate that they offer good facilities, even if you can’t unwind in a hot tub or take a dip in a pool. It makes for a seamless experience, whether you’re coming from work or heading to your next appointment.

In terms of shared fitness activities, UFC GYM hosts an impressive selection of group classes. From Yoga to Cycle, Zumba to Pilates, and even HIIT and Kickboxing, you’ll have plenty of options to keep things interesting. Although there isn’t a racquetball, basketball, or tennis court available, the variety in group training options more than compensates for that.
