While you can't expect turf areas or a cinema for cardio, the available Wi-Fi means you're always connected while you train.

For those after a post-workout refresh, there are really nice locker rooms and showers, which I find essential. It's great that they cater to your basic hygiene needs after a good sweat session, but note that amenities like saunas and pools are not part of the package here.

Group Fitness Activities
If you're looking for shared activities, you may be disappointed that there are no racquetball, basketball, or tennis courts available. However, the gym does host Group Training sessions, perfect for pushing yourself alongside others. Unfortunately, group fitness classes aren't offered, but the community vibe during group sessions is still a great way to motivate yourself.

When it comes to recovery and wellness extras, this gym has some interesting options. You'll find tanning services and access to massage chairs, which is a nice way to unwind after your workout. Very cool that they also offer red light therapy—something not found everywhere. Plus, there’s a retail area for any fitness gear you might need.
