They offer cycling and plenty of cardio equipment, so whether you're into running, cycling, or just need to get your heart pumping, you’ve got options. There’s also good weight training available with dumbbells on hand and personal training for those who want some extra guidance. While we appreciate the free Wi-Fi, we did notice they don’t have turf areas or platform equipment for heavier lifts, which could be a consideration depending on your fitness focus.

Aqua Services Explained

When it comes to wet amenities, this gym keeps it straightforward with functional offerings. Unfortunately, there’s no sauna, steam room, or pool to unwind in after your workout. However, they do provide showers and lockers for your convenience, making it easy to freshen up post-sweat session.

Group Fitness Activities

If you enjoy group exercises, Planet Fitness has you covered with group training options! They prioritize shared fitness activities that promote working out together, but if you’re into racquetball, basketball, or other court sports, this might not be the place for you. Their lack of group fitness classes doesn’t hinder the community feel though, and the group training can really help motivate you.

Services and Features

For recovery and wellness, you’ll find some appealing options here. Not only do they offer red light therapy, but they also have tanning beds for when you want to keep that sun-kissed glow. While we love that massage chairs are available for relaxation, it would have been nice to see post-workout snacks or shakes, but there is a retail area to pick up any fitness gear you might need.
