On the shared fitness activity front, this location focuses more on personal and group training rather than team sports. They don’t have courts for racquetball, basketball, or other sports. However, I think it’s neat that they offer Group Training sessions to motivate and encourage members to work out together. Just know that group fitness classes are not part of the offerings.

There’s no towel service or smoothie/shake bar after your workout, and unfortunately, they don’t provide options like massage chairs or cryotherapy, which is a bummer. Retail space is also absent, so if you're in the market for workout gear after hitting the gym, I would suggest looking nearby.
