When it comes to water amenities, keeps things straightforward. While they don’t have a sauna, steam room, or pool, you will find showers and locker rooms to freshen up post-workout. It’s nice to have those basics covered for convenience after a sweat session.

Shared fitness activities are pretty limited at this gym. There’s no racquetball or basketball court, and pickleball and tennis aren’t on the menu either. However, you can participate in group training, which can be a motivating way to work out alongside others. Just keep in mind that they don’t offer group fitness classes.

For those recovery and wellness must-haves, this gym has some cool extras. They offer tanning services and have massage chairs for when you need to unwind. We love that they also provide red light therapy to enhance recovery. Just so you know, there’s no smoothie bar or towel service here, but they do have a retail area for purchasing items, making it easy to pick up any essentials.
