If weight training is more your style, you’ll find dumbbells available here, and personal training services are also at your disposal for guidance. You're covered with Wi-Fi, so you can easily track your workouts or catch up on your favorite playlist while sweating it out. However, it’s worth noting that they don't have some of the more specialized training areas, like turf or Olympic platforms.

When it comes to water amenities, you'll find the basics covered with showers and locker rooms for your convenience. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a sauna, steam room, or pool, you won’t find those here. There isn't a hot tub either, but at least you have private spaces for changing and freshening up after your session.

On top of the standard amenities, Planet Fitness in Carol Stream takes care of those little extras to enhance your experience. There’s tanning available if you want that sun-kissed glow post-workout. We think it’s super convenient that they also have massage chairs, perfect for relaxing after an intense session. While the gym has a retail area for fitness essentials, it doesn’t have a smoothie bar or advanced recovery options like cryotherapy.
