Aqua Services Explained
There are no extensive aquatic or spa facilities here—no sauna, steam room, or pool. However, they do have showers and locker rooms, so you can freshen up after your workout without the hassle. Very cool! Although I love a good sauna, having functional amenities is what really counts when it comes to focusing on your workout.

While you won't find racquetball or basketball courts at this location, UFC GYM excels in group fitness activities. The lineup includes everything from Yoga and Zumba to Kickboxing and HIIT. And for those wondering, there’s no women-only workout area, but the environment is inclusive for everyone.
